I’m starting with a new ecommerce, and had the 2 first orders. When I saw the orders, both had the same shipping information. Then talking with the customers, we advised that the shipping information from 1 customer was copied automatically to the other.
The customer with the wrong shipping information said, that she hadn’t to complete the shipping information.
Additionally, don’t understand how the order was created in 2025-04-21 but paid one day later on 2025-04-22.
I’ve tried to find some information regarding on the issue, and it might be a problem with the cache, but I’m using lite speed cache, and here below says that by default the pages my account, payment and cart are excluded from cache.
Could you please support me with that?
