Hi,
I believe I have found a compatibility issue between LiteSpeed Cache 7.8.1 and Tutor LMS 4.0.4.
When a Tutor LMS course is changed from Draft to Published, the Courses archive page (/courses/) displays "No Data Available in this Section".
If I interact with the Sort dropdown (for example, changing the sort order), the course immediately appears without reloading the page. This suggests the course exists, but the initial page is serving stale or incorrectly cached content until an AJAX refresh occurs.
I have completed extensive troubleshooting:
With the plugin disabled:
Thank you.

- WordPress 7.0.2
- Tutor LMS 4.0.4
- LiteSpeed Cache 7.8.1
- Hostinger Business Web Hosting (LiteSpeed Web Server)
- JS Combine: OFF
- JS Minify: OFF
- Guest Mode: OFF
- Guest Optimisation: OFF
- QUIC.cloud: Disabled
- Browser cache and server cache purged multiple times
- Permalinks resaved
- Tested in Incognito
With the plugin disabled:
- Publishing a course works correctly.
- The course archive updates immediately.
- No interaction with the sort dropdown is required.
Thank you.
