What's new in this version?
Is there a way to see when the module is being updated, I was previously on 1.2.2 and just updated. But couldn't know before hand that there was a new release.

The forum post announcing 1.2.4 can be found here. We announce new releases in several places, so you can pick which you prefer. Here are some options:

• Watch the News forum here in our forums.
• Follow us on Twitter
• Subscribe to our LiteSpeed Edge Google Group
• Join us on Slack and join the #prestashop_cache channel
• Star or Watch our PrestaShop GitHub project

The first three options will give you all of the announcements, and the last two are more specific to the PrestaShop cache module.
