3.3 release notes?

Was looking for more notes on 3.3/3.3.1 to try to understand what "SSL client authentication" under new features means?

Nice work on the internal php builder.

I see you used my favicon idea, not sure why it's purple instead of your blue standard,
but it helps me to spot it with many tabs open.

"SSL client authentication" means that you can use a client certification to enhance the security of access to a SSL site.
