403 Forbidden error

I have never had this problem with my former hosting provider. I opened account with a new hosting provider about 3 days ago. I put in a support ticket yesterday but no reply. I've written emails but no reply. I made telephone call but unable to speak to a person. Now I am here. This is the error that I get when I try to access my own webpage totalpaws.com/mylinks and click on any category I get this error:

Remember I have never had this error with my previous host, hostgator. Please assist me since the current host won't.
