403 Forbidden error

Hi there,

When I try to visit the site http://www.daydaily.com I am receiving the following error message:

403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

I have tried to access the site on Firefox, IE, and Chrome, and am receiving the same error message. I cleared my cache and cookies and Firefox and restarted--same message.

However, I had a friend try it on a different computer, and the site came up just fine for him. Any ideas??

Usually just check error log (/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log) for more context. It could be your IP was throttled

This isn't my site, though--it's someone else's site. And when I contacted the webmaster to inform him of my issues, he said that he could access the site just fine and left it at that.
