404 Errors After LiteSpeed Auto Restart

Our LiteSpeed will occasionally restart itself (I'm not sure why but I believe it has always done it), but recently I have noticed that right after the restart process has finished, there will be a very small number of pages that will return a 404 Not Found page.

The pages that return the error definitely exists, and if you refresh the 404 Not Found page the error will go away and you can view the page again.

The time frame that the error happens in is less than a second. But for that time, I believe that any page requested returns a 404.

Is this a known issue? What could be causing this to happen?

I am on latest LiteSpeed Version and use CloudLinux too.

can you search access log, about how many 404 page in that time frame ?
is the 404 page dynamic or static ?

The number of pages depend on the number of requests made in that split second.
The pages are dynamic, it happens to Wordpress pages for example.
I've sent you a link in a Conversation to view the error_log for the time period of the LiteSpeed Restart and the 404's returned.
