404's Not Working In PhotoPost Pro Gallery

Our 404's are working in our forums, however not in our gallery for some reason.

All we get is a blank white page with this.

404 Not Found
The resource requested could not be found on this server!Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

How do we trouble shoot?

That should be easy to fix, configuration error somewhere.

Please post your server's settings
lsws webadmin -> Server -> Security -> File Access

and check the permission and ownership of the document root.

Hi all,
For native LSWS setups, the error log is usually named error.log. It may be named error_log if you are using WHM/cPanel.

The error log helps you identify what kind of problem is occurring and when the problem is occurring.
