408 Request Time-out

I keep getting the below error, I have tried setting the max php execution time to 0 still the error keeps comming. I want to run this script as long as possible, is there any solution to this? I get this error only after switching to Litespeed, I didnt experience this problem in apache.



408 Request Time-out
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

please increase "Connection Timeout (secs)":

it looks apache has no such feature and timeout is infinite.

Can you provide the instructions to change it in WHM, or any other method (VPS). Also, the script gathers the information from an external website an posts it in base website. This involves SQL. So, please provide adequate instructions to get rid of the 408 error.
