503 error after installation

Installed lsws on a new server today and trying to access phpinfo.php and turned on debug logging and see this in error_log:

Any idea what is causing all sites to return 503 error?
I'm using Cloudlinux on the server.

Please check stderr.log, see if the reason why PHP crashes has been logged there.

I setup like CL suggest and we have on other servers. Any ideas?

/usr/bin/lsphp is not in cagefs I guess.

Strange. I will try to remount and disable/enable again and see if that solves it.
