503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later! ERROR trying to access website

My website suddenly get the 503 Services unavailable error. I can still access my wordpress hpanel. My resource usage is still very low. inodes are still still. tried to uninstall litespeed and the 503 error is gone but my website is only showing black and i cannot edit anything.

NOTE: i keep my website in maintenance mode
