I guess you means the process to order the support and send the ID verification. Unless you pay with verified Paypal account, first time buyer will have to go through with ID verification process, which is normally done during the business hour from Monday to Friday 9 to 5 EST when our sales department opens.
The ID verification is once-off process and You won't have to resubmit the document again.
For urgent request, please do use verified paypal account for payment for the first time buyer. So that the premium support ticket can be work flowed to support department in time.
