If your problem is with Joomla (and not getting Joomla to run with LiteSpeed), you should try Joomla's forum: http://forum.joomla.org/

For a guide on installing Joomla with LiteSpeed, check here: http://open.litespeedtech.com/mediawiki/index.php/Help:Install:Quick_Install_Joomla

This guide is for OpenLiteSpeed, but it applies to Enterprise equally well if you are not running Enterprise from Apache configs. If you are running Enterprise from Apache configs and you have a problem that was not apparent with Apache, please give us a better explanation of your problem.
