access denied list

I have trouble getting lsws to work.

Lsws has been installed in /etc/lsws

Calling lsws from a client gives me an error-message '403 forbidden'.

In the logs below /etc/lsws/logs there is an info like this

/etc/lsws/admin/html/index.html is in access denied list.

Call anybody tell me, what is the importance of this message ?

don't install LSWS to /etc/lsws, as /etc is a system configuration directory, LSWS does not allow serving anything under /etc.
