Aggressive Preset makes site have good score on PageSpeed Dev when just applied - then it drops down

Hi guys,

As the title states, if I reapply or apply the preset the site score highly on pagespeed dev - when I check an hour or so later it drops by about 20-30 points. Then if I reapply the preset, the score goes back up again.

I'd really like to get to the bottom of this so my site can be super fast all the time.

Any help would be appreciated.
