Any version past 3.2.4 - get 503 errors

OK. I've got 3.2.4 installed. A couple of weeks ago, I tried doing the automatic upgrade to 3.3.1 and I got 503 error, so I switched back to 3.2.4. Today, I tried manually upgrading to 3.3.3 and get the same 503 error. So I switched back to 3.2.4. Then I tried manually upgrading to 3.3. I got a 503 error. So then in the version manager, I switched 3.3.1. Got same error. Then I switched to 3.3.2, same error. Then I switched to 3.3.3 (from 3.3.2) and got a 503 error.

So I switched back to 3.2.4 and everything is working fine. I'd like to upgrade to the latest 3.3.3. Can anyone help me?
