We have 2 servers with Litespeed. Both of them required us to manually click the "check for license update" this morning in order to refresh the license status. This caused an hour of downtime for our clients on each server.
Was there a cron job that failed? Can we set this cron job up to run more often in case it did fail so we don't have this issue? Our SLA credits due to our clients are 40x the price of Litespeed now for this month because an ACTIVE leased license did not update itself...
