Auto Update Option Not Available

I am currently using 3.3.24, and inside my admin console --> version management. There is an entry for 4.0.1-ent but the only action available is "download" not "upgrade". When I click on the download link it just takes me to the litespeed website to download.

Is there any configuration settings or anything else I need to do so that I have the option to auto-update? Do I need to update my license?
