Best License for powerful VPS

Hi

I have a customer with physical server 1 Quad Core CPU and 8 GB RAM

This node host 3 cPanel VPS and he wants to use litespeed in all vps

Witch is the best litespeed license for each VPS? VPS license, one Core or two Core licenses?

I guess he can't use the vps license because he has more than 1 gb ram on each vps.

You can use 1-CPU license.

Is it 1 CPU with 4 cores? Or it's equivalent to 1 CPU core?
