blank page

I just installed LSWS on a DirectAdmin server. All things here http://litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php?id=litespeed_wiki:apache:da are checked.

Then I go to Actions -> Compile PHP -> version 5.2.12. The compilation is completed without any error.

However, visiting http://www.domain.com:2080 returns a blank page. Completely blank, there is no string.

Where can I find the reason to fix it please?

Put up a simple phpinfo() page for testing.
check /path/to/lsws/logs/error.log for errors.
