Blocks Not Appearing

Hi,

I'm trying get get Litemage configured on Magento and I'm having an issue with blocks I create and display using Magentos widgets disappearing when I enable Litemage.

For example I have one block that displays a Live Support popup. I added the javascript to a phtml file in the templates folder and call it with a CMS static block then display it using a widget. Works fine but when I enable lite mage it disappears.

How can I fix this?

Sorry for late reply. I did not notice your post earlier.
Is that block within a private ESI block? or is it belongs to the whole page cached in public cache?
I may need to login and take a look.

Actually I fixed it by deleting the Widget and putting the javascript directly into the footer template file. It's better that way anyhow. Right now I'm dealing with a 503 error. As nothing matters unless I fix that first Thanks

Yes, if you have customization in a punched hole (ESI block, in this case, is footer block, a public ESI block), may need special handing. when the ESI call just to retrieve the footer part, it needs all the info to reconstruct the footer. So you put in javascript is good.
