Issue Summary: Following the latest update of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, we encountered significant issues affecting two of our websites. The specific problems included:
- Page Breakage: Several pages across both websites became broken and were not displaying content correctly.
- Mobile Responsiveness: The hamburger menu button, crucial for mobile navigation, became unclickable on both websites.
- Issue Onset: The problems began immediately after the most recent update to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
- Error Observed: On both desktop and mobile versions of the sites, users were unable to interact with or view content as intended.
- Initial Investigation: We observed the issues post-update and confirmed their occurrence on multiple devices and browsers.
- Plugin Deactivation: We deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to test if it was the source of the problem. Upon deactivation, the issues were resolved, indicating that the plugin update was indeed the culprit.
- Resolution: The immediate fix was to deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, which restored normal functionality to the websites. However, this is a temporary solution.
