2 bugs discoverd so far:
1) The error log doesn't get populated, in the Virtual Host. The access log, on the other hand, grows as it should.
In Apache, the vhost log is filled with various "File does not exists" erorrs, but this one stays empty.
2) The restart/reload from the services control panel, not always work - the old configuration stays in effect, and a manual restart is needed.
