Cache Miss after Add To Cart

After adding to cart, the cache is missed on every page. I do have a mini-cart on every page with a cart count.

What setting do I need to get cache hit cache after add to cart.

It seems that LiteMage has no ESI support. Therefore cache is disabled (no-cache) if user adds an item to cart to prevent caching the cart. If you don't get support from LS try LiteSpeed Slack.
