Cache Warmer? (PHP)

Hi

Has anyone got a PHP script I can run with cron to warm the ls cache?
Screaming frog works well for warming the cache, but I need something free I can automate

Cache Warmer for which application? Our wordpress cache plugin, LiteMage 1 for Magento 1, LiteMage 2 for Magento 2 and PrestaShop do have crawler already.
