This issue is really bothersome, especially for something i'm paying monthly for and not working.
A USER CANNOT CREATE A DOMAIN (I'm not talking about child/sub domains), I'm talking about "Create Website" under the Website Tab.
The package does not appear in the selectable pull down tab because it was created by the admin.
By default, IT SHOULD have the default package that user is assigned to already by the admin! (i.e. Admin creates a default package that specifies the limit of domains that user can create).
As of right now, only admin privileges or users with create/modify/delete packages are able to create websites. USERS SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO CREATE/MODIFY/DELETE packages. Only admins/resellers should have that control.
