Can't configure magento 2 with litespeed correctly

Hi

I was using nginx with php-fpm, now I want to switch to litespeed+litemage
but after lots of time, I couldn't configure it correctly and my wesbite, not loaded correctly
my magento 2 installation directory is:
/home/projectname/www/public_html/
and I set it as Virtual Host Root
and I also set this directory:
/home/projectname/www/public_html/pub/
as my Document Root
now when I want to add the recommended rewrite rules in the Rewrite tab, when I try to enable it, it's back to No after saving and refreshing the page
and I have this errors in my panel error log (attached file)

I finally managed to fix the problem

the only problem is that I can't save the settings
when I save it, nothing change and after changing the tabs, again the default value is visible, unless I edit the XML config file directly from the server

I checked the chmod and permission, everything is fine
