Can't get into admin panel

In WHM when I go to

• Plugins »
• LiteSpeed Web Server Plugin » LiteSpeed Configuration » WebAdmin Console

I get a new window opening that's trying to go to my server's internal IP http://172.70.1.5:7080/ and it keep spinning.

I have port 7080 allowed to the server, do you know why this may be happening? I've installed litespeed from the official documentation/installer script and always used easyapache to recompile.
