cant send image anymore (WP plugin)

after level 5 reached, and pulled 54848 images (which is only 3% of progress)
wordpress plugin cant send any images to optimize server:

This will send the optimization request and the images to LiteSpeed's Image Optimization Server. You can send at most 7 images at once.

when click on optimization request it say

Number of images in one image group (17) exceeds the credit (7)

so try to destroy all data :

Message from LiteSpeed image server: Please confirm you want to destroy all image optimization data. Destroy It!

then it ask me to click on Destroy It! when click, it say:

DBI_Error Duplicate entry '14403746' for key 'PRIMARY'

For this one, we improved the compatibility on our server side as that DBI_Error is an error happened on our server side. Please try it again.

ive send a message in slack, any way, still have this error when click on request optimize image:

ive send you all summery i can see in plugin result:

Images not yet requested: 145731 groups
