Client Certificate on OpenLiteSpeed 1.7.19

I'm trying to work with Client Certificate Authentication.

The steps seems really simple:
Set Certificate Authority
Set Client Verification to required
Set Verify Depth to 1

But this does not works!

Where I'm wrong?

Are you using the Client Verification feature inside of the web admin > Virtual Host > SSL?
If it's OpenLiteSpeed, please post it on the OpenLiteSpeed Forum.
