[Closed] Can't determine the Home of LiteSpeed Web Server, exit!

On Linux Mint, the install ran well.

When I run litespeed I receive an error "Can't determine the Home of LiteSpeed Web Server, exit!".

I can't find a Home variable in the conf file.

Help appreciated.

Did you run as "root" user all the time during the installation? If it is on your localhost, it may be impossible for us to check, unless you tell every steps you did for us to understand more. or you can try a cloud VPS to ensure your installation is correct. "cannot determine the Home of LiteSpeed Web Server " is very unusual error since you will normal set the path yourself "default to /usr/local/lsws/ "during the installation.

Maybe you can record a video for all you did to understand your situation.

I have restarted OpenLiteSpeed and opened www.litespeed.local:8088 in the browser, but it displays:

This content is not in the index.html file I created in /usr/local/lsws/docs/www.litespeed.local/html.
