[Closed] HttpListener::acceptConnection .. can't accept:Too many open files (How fix it?)

Hi, i get this errors.
Website working 1-2 min good and take "503 service unavaliable litespeed" 2 3 second. And again working good. After 30 sec 1 min again "503 service unavaliable litespeed" error.

My error_log full of them:

2017-11-18 00:51:06.435 [ERROR] HttpListener::acceptConnection(): [my_ip:443] can't accept:Too many open files!
2017-11-18 00:51:06.435 [ERROR] HttpListener::acceptConnection(): [my_ip:80] can't accept:Too many open files!

No we are not under attack.
It happened after updating or change settings.
I solved a person with fee. Thanks

its about litespeed conf. page.
i pay some guy and he fixed it with litespeed conf panel.
