Cloudflare API Tokens

The LSCache plugin needs to be updated to support API Tokens with Cloudflare. The use of Global API Key is unsafe, because anyone with permissions to access WordPress options can get the unencrypted Global API key. This person can then use this key to delete all your websites or worse. Cloudflare supports creating an API Token with limited permissions that can be used instead.
