I'm using LiteSpeed Enterprise 5.4.11 on cPanel with CloudLinux 8. Have a problem with service subdomain. For example, for one of my cPanel account i can open https://webmail.xxx.xxxx (it redirected successfully to cPanel webmail. But if i dont use https and only use http like http://webmail.xxx.xxx it doesnt redirected to cPanel webmail, it only shows directory of my public_html folder. Where should i start to look for any configuration regarding this ? Anybody have same experience ? I'm Using cleanly installed cPanel. Thanks.

Create a wildcard A Record at the DNS level like *.yourwebsite.com which points to your server IP. Then when you create a new subdomain it'll automatically have a DNS entry. If you don't plan to add more subdomains you just need to replace the * with the name of your chosen subdomain Kodi nox instead.
