cURL error 7

I see to have repeated issues with the image optimization, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. This time it provided an error:

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to as.wp.api.litespeedtech.com port 443: Connection refused

Any suggestions?

Could you please provide the report number ?

And also please make sure the images server IPs are whitelist in your firewall if there is any.
