Custom Error Page!

Hi guys

it's been a day i trying to make a custom 401 error page but no result, i already read 4-5 topic about this issue in this forum bot got nothing i tried edit .htaccess , httpd.conf , . . . nothing got! can you help me out please?

i put this command: ErrorDocument 403 "You are NOT allowed to access"
as mentioned in that link and save file then restart LiteSpeed but nothing happen

the URL returns 401. so the custom 403 does not apply.
