Error 503 with PHPBB

Hi, I'm using PHPBB with Litespeed during two months and it work well.

I'm using phpBB 3.05 , 5.0.77-community, PHP 5.2.8.

But some of my members receive this error and they try to access to a forum :

503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
LiteSpeed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

And they need to erase the forum cookies and after, it work perfectely.

I never receive this error, but a lot of my members are receiving this error.

is it a busy server / what version of LSWS are you using / what's the setting of Server-->External App-->LSAPI App / any log in server log ...etc, more specific info needed to identify the problem. There are many possibilities to cause the general 503 error.

In PHPBB> CP> General > load settings > Please check options "
Limit system load:
If the system’s 1-minute load average exceeds this value the board will automatically go offline. A value of 1.0 equals ~100% utilisation of one processor. This only functions on UNIX based servers and where this information is accessible. The value here resets itself to 0 if phpBB was unable to get the load limit.

Maybe you have set it too low, so you are hitting limit.
