P Private Member Jul 10, 2015 #1 Jul 10, 2015 #1 Today I upgraded my LiteSpeed from 4.x to 5.0.2. Then I've seen '[ADMIN] authentication failed! ' error everytime when I restarted LiteSpeed. I've tried to reset password but it didn't solve the issue.
