Error in compiling php

I have following error when i try to compile PHP with litespeed graphical interface:

Compile PHP with LSAPI

Configuration saved successfully. you can retrieve it for next build.
Fail to generate build script, please try to manually fix the error first.
Failed to create manual install script: /usr/local/lsws/phpbuild/buildphp_manual_run.sh

How can resolve this issue?

chown -R lsadm:lsadm /usr/local/lsws/phpbuild

Or, you can turn on PHP output_buffer in php.ini .
