Excluce cache from a random carousel

Hi All,
I installed LSCWP only today on a Litespead server (Hostinger) for a Wordpress and Woocommerce website.
I need to avoid caching a random carousel in my home page showing random products. Can you help me? I think I'll need to use "Do Not Cache Query Strings " but don't know how. The carousel is on: https://spicyzon.com/
