I recently tried,to install litespeed to this configuration: Cloudlinux8 +DA - litespeed that would replace apache.
The problem is that after install all is well except i'm missing external apps and script handlers in webserver gui - with that php selector is not working for users - it's showing and changing versions but it has no effect on server. I was installing litespeed from custombuild using this tutorial:

This is a developer machine that would become production at some point. Funny thing is i did the same earlier on testing machine - did exactly the same steps and i have no issues with external apps and LVE php selector. They are working fine on that machine. What can be wrong and how can i fix it without performing complete reinstallation of the server ?
I also tried to create external apps and script handlers - restarted litespeed but it's still not working.
ps: changing back to apache fixes problems with php selector.
