I am currently utilizing cPanel with Litespeed version 5.4.6. All settings are default.
I have a Wordpress installation for which I am setting the index.php file to root:root ownership. When I access the website, the same gets displayed with no errors. I also tested with a static file, setting its ownership again to root:root, however, the static file still gets displayed.
So basically my question is why LiteSpeed reads files with ownerships that are not set to the owner of the account. Before anyone suggests the Forse strict ownership setting, I would like to say that it is already turned On!
