Force Public Cache URls

I have a question about the caching settings. Under Cache there is the option "Force Public Cache URls". There I have entered the value "/news/ 3600". The default value for "Default Public Cache TTL" is 604800. Unfortunately the entry "/news/ 3600" does nothing.

Have I misunderstood something about this entry?

If this is not the right way, how can I default a TTL of 3600 seconds for individual pages?

Yes.

Did you purge the cache?

Note:

1. There is more than 1 cache plugin, so always add information which plugin for which application you use
2. This forum doesn't support cache plugin for WP any longer.
