I upgraded from 4.0.2 to 4.1.2 and any browser doing a form submission over approximately 20Kb would get a '500 internal server error' request timeout.
I checked the logs and couldn't see any error messages that could help.
Form submission was working fine for 4.0.2
So I switched back to 4.0.2 (nice feature
) and it works fine again.
I hadn't changed any values in the server tuning settings so not sure why this problem occurred.
