Further Optimisations

Hi, I have a question.
We are running litespeed with private caching on a WHM cPanel server. We are running 3 Magento sites from it.
I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for further optimising.
At the moment we have memcache, Optimised Mysql, SSD - but wondering does OpCache make sense or anything else i am missing?
I have heard various combos such as APC Nginx Memcache etc. Is this really the best route?

Definitely need opcache to speed up php. In term of page cache, the coming LiteMage cache for magento will make your store fly.
