getting 404 while securing phpmyadmin

iam getting error 404 while saving realm, changing uri in litespeed admin console in digital ocean droplet.

anyone can why is it happening because of it i can;t change url of phpmyadmin, password protect and things

and also watched tony teac tech video on youtube nothing helpful because of error...
