I have a problem on my website, it seems that neither Google Bots nor the Crawler from the RankMath plugin on my website can’t find any of my sitemaps.
I tried to list the context, what happened and our observations below. I’m short on options, and I’m not sure this is the right place for that, but hopefully you can help.
Context:
– Rank Math SEO PRO Version 3.0.27
– Rank Math SEO Version 1.0.105
– 17th – 19th December got installed and configured LiteSpeed Cache Version 5.3.1 + QUIC.Cloud
Problems since then:
– LiteSpeed Cache crawler can not find any suitable sitemap although the sitemap is accessible on browser (https://www.genius-cbd.fr/sitemap_index.xml)
– Google didn’t detect nor refresh sitemaps last month (23rd of December )
– New manual requests for bot exploration fail and do not detect the sitemaps
Observations with Google Search console:
– Before LiteSpeed being installed: an average of 50 bots exploration request a day
– On 18th and 19th December big spike for the bots exploration requests (due to new source files being created by LiteSpeed ?): up to 672 a day
– Immediately follow by a huge dropped in bot exploration request starting 22nd December and from there average of 10 request a day (dropped by 80% compared to before LiteSpeed)
