Gzip Not Enabled in HTTPS

Running LiteSpeed 5.0 RC1 Ent.

When my site was running in HTTP, gzip at server level was working.
After moving my site to full HTTPS, gzip is not working even though it shows enabled in WebAdmin Console.

Other virtual hosts don't have this problem, except for this particular one that is running on full HTTPS.

Below is the screenshot of the general setting for the virtual host that don't have gzip enabled.

Is there anything else to check for gzip to work? Or this is a bug on 5.0 RC1?

how about switch to 4.2.7 or 4.2.8 temporarily ?

Update: Rolled back to v4 and gzip instantly came back. Take note of this gzip bug on v5 RC1.

Same problem persists in v5 RC2. I hope this can be resolved soon. Can't wait to enable SPDY over SSL.

It may be fixed in the latest build of 5.0 RC2. (There was another thread about this...)

I opened the thread in Bug Reports and it got fixed the same day. The download is the same 5.0 RC2 (I guess it is a newer build with the same version name)
