had to restart 3.3.7 three times in past 48 hours

I've come back to find lsws unresponsive three times in the past two days.
A simple service lsws restart fixed it but this is worrisome.

The first time was after activating a new account via cpanel,
as soon as it said restarting apache (which of course is disabled) it failed.

Can't explain the other two.

Is there a way I can have cpanel monitor lsws as a service
and restart it if it become unresponsive like the other monitors it has?

(I'd also like to fix why it fails after a new account is added)

If there is a temporary workaround possible, that's fine also...

Can I make litespeed email me if it's shutting down so I get an alert?
