Heavy server load

Hi there guys, I run a VPS with 16 cores and 18GB of ram bustable to 30GB, and on a clients account they run wordpress and they go thru the roof all the time with the CPU. What can i do to better control this? and also, how to better config litesped. I am new to litespeed and love it thus far but seems a lit complex to config and setup the right way. please advise

it's likely under the common wordpress brute login attack. the easiest way maybe just install a brute login protection plugin.
